PSOS Annual Show & Sale at Washington Park Botanical Garden

This month we will feature the AOS program "Roots - It's All About The Roots" with John Salventi, Co-Founder of Parkside Nursery. John will discuss all methodologies to take care of our orchid root systems.
March monthly meeting will begin at 7:00 PM at the Rochester Public Library, 1 Community Drive, Rochester.

April 20

"Repotting Your Orchids" with John Gross, PSOS member. April monthly meeting will begin at 7:00 PM at the Rochester Public Library, 1 Community Drive, Rochester.

May 18

Dick Wells, owner of Hilltop Orchids, will speak on Paphiopedilums. Dick will bring various plants for sale. May monthly meeting will begin at 7:00 PM at the Rochester Public Library, 1 Community Drive, Rochester.

June 15

Eric Sauer, owner of River Valley Orchids, will speak on Phragapediums. Eric will be bringing plants for sale. June monthly meeting will be at the Rochester Christian Church, located at 325 South Walnut Street, Rochester, IL 62563. 7:00 pm. Enter blue door marked "Family Life Center" which is in the center of the building. If coming from Springfield on Route 29, turn right at the second stop light. Church is on the right side of the street.

July 20

Annual PSOS Picnic to be held at Rochester Christian Church on Friday, July 20, 6:00pm. Enter blue door marked "Family Life Center" which is in the center of the building. If coming from Springfield on Route 29, turn right at the second stop light. Church is on the right side of the street. Chicken and brats will be served. Please bring a dish to share.

Annual Speaker's Day Seminar. Meeting/Seminar: Featuring Tom Harper owner of Stones River Orchids speaking on Phalaenopsis. Location will beat the Rochester Public Library, 1 Community Drive, Rochester. Times to be announced.
